Dear ASTA Members -  We have the opportunity to take a small group of elite travel advisors on a fun 2 night, 3 day FAM trip to Palm Springs!  The dates are June 12-14, 2022.  We would love it if you could join us!

We have a limited amount of space, only ten rooms, so we are asking those interested in attending to fill out a short questionnaire telling us why this trip would be beneficial to you and how it would help your business.  The questions we need to have answered are below.  Please send your responses back to me, Beth Taylor, at TMTravel@cox.net.  The deadline to receive them is May 10th and you will be notified if you are accepted no later than May 16th.

The cost is $149/person if you are sharing a room with someone or $199 if you want single occupancy.  The cost includes two night’s hotel accommodations at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, most meals, local sightseeing, hotel site inspections, spa treatment and much more!  Briefly, this is what’s planned:

Sun. June 12   

Arrive by 10am – Visit Citrus Club and have brunch at La Quinta Resort

2pm – Check into Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa – Time to explore hotel

 5:15pm – Drive to Miramonte Resort & Spa for site inspection and Dinner

 8:00pm – Cocktail reception & Lazy River Float at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa

Mon. June 13 

7:30am -Desert Adventures Red Jeep Tour – Pick up at hotel

11:00am – Return to Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa – Free Afternoon

 4:00pm – Experience Palm Springs Aerial Tram

 6:00pm – Dinner at Eight4Nine Restaurant

 9:00pm – Experience Ranch Mirage Library & Observatory

Tues. June 14 

7:30am - Breakfast at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort

8:30am – Experience The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens

10:30am – Spa Experience/Tour/Lunch at La Quinta Resort & Club

12:30pm – Depart Palm Springs

Transportation to Palm Springs is on your own.  Above itinerary is subject to change.

This is sure to be a fun and very informative experience.  If it’s been a while since you’ve been to Palm Springs, this will be a perfect way to reacquaint yourself with this wonderful destination, so close to home!
